Do not book—deceptive business practices and financial risk

I strongly advise against booking with this hotel. We made our reservation in January, and it was handled by the same receptionist who later informed us—just two weeks before our trip—that our booking was 'invalid.' Even more shocking, they claimed our deposit was gone due to a 'change in ownership,' despite the fact that the same staff member was present throughout the entire process. This indicates that they were fully aware of our booking continuity and chose to ignore it. Save yourself the stress and financial loss—book elsewhere.

I have just returned from a trip to the Dolomites, and I am delighted with the excellent service provided by the entire hotel staff, from the manager down to every employee. The general cleanliness was good, and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful—as were the dinners, which showcased the great professionalism of the chefs. It is a great choice and a place I would recommend returning to.

This hotel is not even deserving of 3 stars, let alone 4.

We didn’t even stay at the hotel we originally booked through Booking.com. We were told that, due to renovations, we had been “upgraded” to a different hotel, but it actually felt like a downgrade. The replacement hotel even charged extra for the wellness facilities.

The breakfast was disappointing as well. The coffee machine wasn’t working, yet after breakfast you could conveniently buy coffee for an additional charge.

The most frustrating part was that at 9:30 AM, while checkout was officially at 10:00 AM, staff were already knocking on our door asking when we were leaving. That felt unnecessary and quite rude.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the service and the way guests are treated.

our favorite hotel during this trip in Dolomiti !!
clean room , and kind people working here make us extremely cozy . Highly recommend !!

I am traveling a lot, and I must say that if I could I would give 6 or even 10 stars. Rooms are great, clean, comfortable with beautiful vistas. Food is super tasty and fresh, coffee is great. And the staff - the best of the bests - always smiled happy and ready to help. We had very "uncommon" issues like for example sick child and staff were there for us, they helped us with ordering doctor home visits and many more. I definitely recommend staining here!
