I stayed in this hotel in June this year. My superior room was like a suite- spacious and with breathtaking, extensive lake views
It was light, airy and peaceful. It is in a perfect location- 2 minute walk to the ferry and close to all the shops, cafes and sights.
The outlook from the room was uplifting and enriched my holiday.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect with a view over the lake (we paid a bit extra for the room with a view). For a couple of nights it was great, but ironically the hotel lacked a bit of soul. It could just do with some rethinking on the decor and lighting. Soften those harsh lights and put some extra touches in. It needs to absorb some of the charm of the town.
Breakfast was nice, but no one greeted you in the restaurant, which again felt a bit cold and lacking soul.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sole Relax & Panorama. The location right on the lake is unbeatable, with beautiful views and easy access to Riva’s old town. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the relaxing spa area and rooftop spaces. The breakfast was excellent as well — fresh, varied, and a great start to each day. Highly recommended.

Great location right on Lake Garda. We spent 5 nights there and loved the views and being right on the lake. The town was charming and we totally enjoyed Lake Garda. The hotel was clean but had very few amenities in the room. Very poor on hospitality. Front desk staff were not friendly or very helpful. Neither were restaurant staff except for one blonde waitress. Our AC didn’t work for 2 days and only got fixed after an AI concierge popped up on my screen and I told them what happened. Went to neighboring Hotel to use the spa and saw a huge difference in hospitality. I manage a boutique hotel in downtown Nashville so know the importance of great hospitality and this hotel was sorely lacking. But, we loved everything else about Lake Garda!

Great location for exploring the lake. I didnt consider it a 4 star hotel (compared with hotels away from the lake) but then I haven't tried other 4 star at the lake. The restaurant is perfect for sitting outside and looking straight onto the lake.
