This hotel was absolutely fabulous. From arrival to departure, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

We traveled with two dogs, and they each had a bed and a treat waiting for them, which was a lovely touch. The dinners were spectacular, with a different menu every evening, and the spa was outstanding, especially the outdoor pool with its breathtaking mountain views.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra day and will happily return.

We absolutely loved Hotel Recort.! It is new, immaculately clean, in an old style building - beautiful timber. The spa/wellness area is magnificent and the outdoor spa overlooks the most stunning mountain view. The breakfast and dinner are magnificent very very happy with the food. It’s modern & Italian & perfect. It is in Colfosco, close to and far enough away from Corvara to feel that you are really living in the mountains.
Most of all we loved the service. It is a family run hotel & Debora the Manager is a joy!! And Martin the Concierge fabulous, funny & so helpful. They treat you like real people, more than just guests! Nothing is too much trouble. All staff are young and energised and understand the value of truly great service. We cannot recommend highly enough - so if you go to Alta Badia summer or winter, you must stay here.

The hotel excels in everything. The location by the ski lift, the garage, the heated storage room for the ski equipment. Comfortable modern rooms with floor heating and big terraces, modern lobby with nice fireplace. Very nice spa with large pool, proper steam room and sauna and whirlpool outside. Great massage therapists as also all staff of the hotel, kind, nice, attentive. The highlight is 5 course dinner menu, michelin level, prepared different each evening. The attention to detail not only in the beautiful hotel design but also in nicely toilet paper or the hotel phone number being as nice as their post code is appreciated.

There aren't enough words to explain this experience! First of all, the people: the incredible Debora, who is the perfect host and gives you a warm feeling of home and family, along with the lovely and gracious staff. The hotel itself is 10 stars in every way: the ultimate tranquility, the location, the well equipped rooms, the design, all the spa facilities, the cuisine, and the view!!!! We left a piece of our heart there... Hands down, the best hotel experience !

1,000% stay here. This place is beautiful and the staff is so kind. Antonio and Chiara were the best concierges we have ever encountered. Davide was so kind and helpful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the parking garage is phenomenal. Plenty of trails to walk to from the hotel. We will be back!
