An excellent hotel with very pleasing, cozy decor in both the rooms and the rest of the hotel. You quickly feel at ease here. The service at the reception, the restaurant and the bar was very friendly and attentive. A particular highlight was the breakfast. It was truly outstanding, offering a level of abundance, variety, and quality that I have rarely experienced in the many other 4-star hotels I've stayed in.
If Google could give 6 stars, the breakfast would deserve them.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan and therefore not in a prime city center location. However, the hotel offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
I highly recommend this hotel. I would gladly return.

I stayed here 3 nights for an event nearby. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food. The pool was a great place to relax, and the location was convenient. I would happily stay here again.

We booked and paid for a confirmed Family Room for two adults, two children and our dog. Upon arrival at 10:30 PM, we were informed that the Family Room was no longer available due to the hotel's booking system.

The only solution offered was a Triple Room. As a result, four people had to stay in a room designed for three guests. Our 6-year-old son had to sleep in the parents' queen-size bed because no fourth sleeping space was provided.

The room was clearly prepared for only three guests. We found only three towels, and close to midnight we had to discuss basic necessities such as towels and bedding. Despite requesting proper bedding for the fourth guest, we were given only sheets – no additional duvet or blanket.

Mistakes can happen in any hotel. What disappointed us was the complete lack of customer care. There was no meaningful apology, no empathy, and no attempt to make up for the situation. Even though the hotel later admitted in writing that it was unable to provide the booked Family Room, it declined any refund.

This is particularly disappointing because we travel regularly between Germany and France several times a year and were genuinely hoping to find a hotel that could become our regular stopover. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

We cannot recommend this hotel to families.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and have generally had a good experience, which is why this stay was so disappointing.

During this visit, I found four cockroaches in my room, including one that had crawled into some clothes I’d left on the floor. To make matters worse, I also saw cockroaches in the hotel hallway the following morning while leaving.

I reported everything to reception. They wrote the details down, but that was the end of it. I never received an apology, nor did anyone from management contact me to acknowledge the issue or explain what they were doing about it.

This may have been a one-off incident, or it could point to a bigger problem, I honestly don’t know. What I do know is that it completely ruined my stay. If there are cockroaches in the guest rooms, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the hygiene standards elsewhere. I certainly won’t be eating in the hotel restaurant after this experience.

It’s a real shame because I’ve stayed here before without any issues, but the lack of follow-up from management was just as disappointing as the cockroaches themselves.

Apart of great place to stay and best accommodation of spa and sauna , there is real out of expectation service !! Call it exceptional is not over at all:)
