This hotel is a wonderful spot for skiers, allowing you to ski right up to the doorstep of the ski depo. I can't speak highly enough of Luigi, he is truly the best person I've encountered in my years of travel. His warmth and dedication made every dinner wonderful, and his exceptional service really made our stay special. We would love to return because of the incredible experience he helped create.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, delicious food - fab from start to finish!

Excellent value, direct access to ski slopes, great food, beautiful spa with swimming pool and friendly hosts. If you can find vacancy here, grab it immediately, you won't regret it.

Nice food and good variety, super cool wellness area and access to the slopes right outside of the skiroom!

We had a wonderful week's vacation. It was our first time in San Virgilio and at this hotel. Just steps from the center, it has ample parking, a beautiful lobby, and well-organized and clean common areas. The billiards room and children's playrooms were all in order. The room was large, welcoming, quiet, and above all very clean.
The spa area was lovely, with a pool, sauna, etc.
And if you have kids, the water slide is truly fantastic!
The strength of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff: friendly and professional welcome, discreet, fast, and efficient room service, attentive, punctual, and unobtrusive dining room service. Special praise goes to the young lady (forgive me, I don't remember her name) at the restaurant, who was truly lovely, very kind, always smiling, and attentive to every detail. My compliments!
Good breakfast, excellent dinner: compliments to the chef.
I'd like to offer a couple of personal suggestions to the property:
I recommend marking the parking spaces in the large courtyard, since due to the lack of attention (not to mention rudeness) of guests who parked their cars in a somewhat "imaginative" manner, taking up much more space than necessary, I often found myself having to leave my car parked just as badly, much to my disappointment.
A second and final piece of advice (again, on a personal level): I'd advise not overdoing the seafood dishes, since I think those who come to these beautiful places, like me, prefer to sample traditional dishes made with local ingredients (this is just my personal opinion, living in a seaside town).
