Niccolo,

Thank you so much for the stellar experience and the delicious dinner prepared by you and your colleague. You truly made our 35th anniversary a memorable event.

We loved your cooking and your passionate vision for sharing your love of food with others. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Best regards,
Family Jansson

This experience was exceptional! Chef Niccolo provided a wonderful lunch and cooking experience for our group of 4. The storytelling, careful instruction on the cooking techniques, and genuine love for cooking came through again and again. A memory we will cherish forever.

You can take a cooking class with Niccolò right in his open kitchen next to the terrace. Highly recommended!
Guests of their apartment get a small discount, but even at full price, it's absolutely worth it.
Niccolò cooks with family tradition. The meal is prepared together and finished by him.
You eat on the terrace with music and wine pairing. There’s also a small appetizer, fantastic olive oil, and lots of stories and background info about the dishes.
Even a little dessert was included. We ate with an amazing view and a wonderful atmosphere.

My Family and two others recently had the pleasure of having chef niccolo create two delicious dinners for us. We were renting a villa in southern tuscany and were set up with him through our host. He was easy to communicate with before going to italy, and was a wonderful person to meet. He was our personal chef for two nights. One night was a classic heavier tuscan meal with dishes local to tuscany and maremma, and the other night was seafood based. There was so much food and it all was amazing. His assistant and him brought everything, including local wines, prepared the food, and served and cleaned everything. 100% would recommend niccolo and susciando lab if looking for a private chef for a night. Amazing

Susciando Lab Home Restaurant is simply an amazing place near the beachfront in Follonica!

For a starter, Niccolo served us with delicious home-made ravioli that I couldn't get enough of, even though I'm NOT a big fan of ravioli. The sushi that followed were also delicious - to the point that even a 2-year old girl dining with us nibbled at them forgetting her favourite pasta:)

Niccolo, thanks for hosting us in Susciando Lab with its personal touch - it's such a contrast to the conveyor belts of traditional restaurants! We enjoyed every moment, grazie!
