Wanted to give this a four but too many ‘little concerns’. When we went to book (it’s apparently open all day) we couldn’t get them to take a booking before 1830 and then it was actually well after 1900 before food appeared. A person standing outside the main door smoking (smoke was drifting in) turned out to be one of the staff who then appeared to ignore us for the rest of the evening. Waiter was asked 3 times for a piece of lemon for the water. Burger wasn’t in a bun (maybe a local thing) and the main looked very ‘undressed’ with the naked burger with a small dish or roast potatoes on the side, but also looked too neat to have been made in house. Felt also the tiramisu hadn’t been homemade. It wasn’t that expensive to be fair but wasn’t what we expected and had hoped for.

Very low quality food. Waited about one hour inside the cold bistrot (door left open) for the horrible hamburgers. We could not eat them and left hungry. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Luckily, we went to another place afterwards where the food was great.

Absolutely fantastic dinner here! It was a Roman special menu and the Cacio e pepe was better than any I had in Rome. (Mi dispiace ai Romani, ma è vero)
They brought out a special surprise for us in the form of Spagetti al'assassina and it was assolutamente fantastico.

Bravo! Complimenti al chef!

We had a dinner party for my dad's birthday last week here and the quality of the food was beyond spectacular!

Fresh, tasty and very well presented! You can tell they do their job with passion and attention to details!

Being a vegan blogger myself I was very pleasantly impressed about their knowledge about dietary requirements, intolerances and cross-contamination.

I'm definitely going back when in Bari!

You must try their "assassina". It's their signature dish and the best one I've had!

This is a lovely restaurant! The staff were so kind and the food was just incredible. Seriously, me and my brother agreed that the “Pulp Fiction” was the best octopus we’ve ever had and not to mention it was presented so beautifully!! The pastas were also amazing with freshly made sauce and you could just taste that it was made properly. I recommend coming here especially to try the octopus.
