Gelato sempre fresco e caratterizzato da una costante ricerca di materie prime genuine e di qualità.

Nata a Torino nel 1997, la Gelateria Artigianale Baires produce ogni giorno da più di 23 anni il suo gelato.

The best ice-cream I have tried in Torino so far. It's cheaper than other bigger places, and tastes better in my opinion. Straciatella has the perfect amount of chocolate.

Looks amazing but was not amazing taste..😅
I have tried Coco, biscotto, pistachio, marron grace, cioccolato, mela&zenzero&cannella, mediterraneo. The quantity is 5 out of 5 but the taste of gelato 2 out of 5. I was not bad but also it was nothing special.

Unbelievable tasty vegan gelato. Probably best ever aten till now. Good variety of vegan flavours and each of them at top. Try their vegan cones with dark chocolate coating, you can cry for the happiness.

Best vegan ice cream in town. The pistachio was creamy, tasty, in other words perfection.
The aspect that I loved the most was the perfect balance of the gelato, that wasn’t too sweet. This is something difficult to achieve because vegan gelato can either taste too bland or too sweet.
I would have liked also vegan whipped cream, which unfortunately wasn’t available, but the gelato was simply amazing.
Another great aspect I loved was the receipt printed on blue recycling paper. 🌱 Also they use compostable spoons.
You can tell there was a lot of thought and care for small sustainable details.
Well done!

Some of the finest gelato I have ever had in my life. The Crema is to die for. Very generous cups. Good prices.
