Banconista bar per caffetteria

The products are excellent quality, and as such, you pay a little more than the average café.
The place is modern, welcoming, and very clean. It's a pleasure to have breakfast in such a lovely setting.
The service could be improved a bit, in my opinion; the line management seems a bit haphazard. They take your order, bring you something, and meanwhile serve another customer while you wait. The risk is that they'll then forget about your remaining order, as happened to me. Greeting a customer with a smile would also help them feel welcome.

I've eaten this bakery's products several times and have always been satisfied, except on three occasions. It was on the third occasion that I decided to write this review. As for the taste and quality of the ingredients, there's nothing to complain about; the problem is freshness. On Mother's Day, I took my mother out for breakfast. I had a cream croissant, and she had a cream puff and a coffee. There was a young man there, but while he was making coffee, a woman served me. When I asked for a cream puff, she replied, "What do you mean cream puff?" (??????), then pointed to it and placed it on a tray with the croissant. We were served at the table by the very kind, polite, and attentive young man. The croissant was delicious, but the cream puff was very cold and not fresh—not because it had gone bad, but because the cream puff was soft, the cream puff was solid and cold—essentially, it was from the day before. After breakfast, I went to the cashier and noticed that the cream puffs had a production date of 10/05 written in front of them, meaning the same day. First I paid and then quietly called the lady and politely told her about the cream puff, pointing out the production date. Her response, somewhat vehemently, was that they open at night and that one had been made that very night. Downplaying the problem, I left. The problem isn't serious, but I made a fool of myself and didn't even get an apology. I don't like being made fun of; that cream puff wasn't six hours old, but 24. I'd like to point out that taste and quality of ingredients aren't enough. Your prices are on average higher than other bakeries in the area, and if someone has boutique prices, I expect impeccable products and boutique service. Otherwise, I'll go get the fresh cream puff from the pastry shop and the hard-to-heat pizza from the grocery store down the street.

The cappuccino and Ciambella Ciociara cake are spectacular.
The viennese pastries need improvement, as they use margarine instead of butter.

Nice bar to stop by if you're passing through Via dei Monti Lepini.
The croissants are a bit pricey, €1.50 for a croissant, which is average,
or maybe mine, which was whole wheat, wasn't that great.
Slow service and no line to wait; they serve everyone at once without finishing any customers, so we ordered croissants and then had to wait for coffees because they'd passed us by.
Pizza, bread, and wine for sale, as well as cakes, pastries, and a hot snack with vegetables for €2 per person, including breaded steak, supplì, etc.
Ample parking next to a car wash.
If you're passing through, it's a nice bar to stop by.
