Nel borgo medievale di Butera, accanto al Castello Arabo Normanno, sorge un'elegante osteria contemporanea che offre menù degustazione di carne e pesce, curati dal patron Maria Grazia Guzzardella

Incredible restaurant in the heart of Butera. Getting there is quite a challenge but totally paid off because the food and hospitality of Carmelo and Luigi were impeccable. One of the best restaurants I’ve been in my life.

Seafood was excellent! Wine cellar is amazing and fully stocked. One of the finest in Sicily. Highly recommend!

An excellent restaurant located behind the Arab-Norman Castle of Butera. Impeccable cuisine and professional, attentive service.
The sophisticated tasting menu offers an explosion of flavors. The chef's philosophy focuses on local, seasonal ingredients, innovatively transformed into sophisticated pairings and gourmet dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Excellent service. The owner is highly qualified, friendly, and offers a warm and professional welcome.

Dentro le Mura is much more than a restaurant: it's a journey through taste and culture. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a rare kindness that makes you feel immediately at home. Every detail is meticulously curated, from the impeccable service to the warm and refined atmosphere.
The owner is the true soul of the restaurant: he doesn't just present the dishes, he also passionately explains them, describing the ingredients and preparation down to the smallest detail. You immediately sense his love for cooking and his desire to offer guests not just a meal, but a complete experience.
A special highlight is the visit to the cellar: it's not just a technical explanation of the wines, but a fascinating tale that takes you back in time to the history of the vineyards and the land. An exciting and enriching experience.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking authenticity, quality, and hospitality that makes a difference.

A true gem within the walls.

An elegant venue with meticulous attention to detail, featuring an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a special evening.

The menu is a journey of refined flavors, with sophisticated dishes and impeccable presentation. Each course surprises with its flavor, quality ingredients, and unique pairings. The service is attentive, discreet, and highly professional.

A memorable culinary experience. Highly recommended for those seeking the perfect combination of elegance and high-end cuisine.
