We had the great fortune of going here as part of a solos "gastro walking tour" in and around the trevi region of umbria. The food was fantastic, the wine was some of the best on the trip but the real joy was the hosts. In our entire week in umbria there was no hosts quite like here. Welcoming, understanding, funny, and friendly it was like going to your family or friends for dinner (except the food was good). They even let us stay and use their pool while the mid day sun passed, which since it was encredibly hot that day saved more than a few on the walk home. I truly do hope I can visit again some day.

Terrific in every respect.
Food, Ambience, Drinks, Wonderful hosts and service.

We were even allowed to use the spotless clean swimming pool and area. Fabio than brought out a flask of coffee for us and paper cups.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Would love to return....SOON !!!

Visited here as part of a walking holiday. The setting is beautiful, the hosts friendly and welcoming and the locally sourced food absolutely deicious. They even made "zuppa inglese" (trifle) as they knew we were coming, which was better than almost every trifle I've had at home!

A great experiance. A magic place with a really welcoming staf. Personally, I suggest this place. A fantastic dinner, with local high level food and wine. My personal compliment to this structure owner.

We spent a few days at this splendid property in Umbria and couldn't have made a better choice! The location is truly enchanting: elevated at about 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery and featuring a spectacular pool overlooking the valley. A well-kept and well-maintained place, perfect for recharging your batteries. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need. The location is strategic: within just a few kilometers, you can reach wonderful villages such as Trevi, Spoleto, Spello, Foligno, and Assisi, as well as enchanting trails like the CAI trail leading to the Pozzo di Mezzanotte, ideal for trekking enthusiasts.
But the real surprise, which the photos and description of the property don't convey, is the sincere and special hospitality of Fabio and his sister Giorgia. From the first moment, they made us feel like family: helpful, kind, and friendly. Fabio's cuisine deserves a special mention: his dishes are excellent, made with local, authentic, and high-quality products.
In short, a place we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, nature, good food, and authentic human relationships. We'll definitely be back!
Simone and Serafina.
