They gave us a the storage room which has been visibly converted into a room. It is literally on the street. What a genius idea! Very noisy in the night due to hotel's bar (till 2 am) and in the early morning regularly at 7.20 am street/nearby boats cleaning, and this every night. Cherry on the cake: not only we got zero assistance from the receptionist but she had a smile while we were explaining the situation, giving therefore clearly zero concerns to our 3rd complaint. Zero care, zero solutions: great personnel training! They actually sold this room as an upgrade, so the storage room is an upgrade: I'm impressed! Additionally the beach of the hotel is a swap/lake and has a port, so you can imagine the pleasure. Unfortunately the whole chain is bad (yes, believe it or not they multiplied the genius idea by X times) so I advise not to go. The entrance of our storage room is below. By the way there are two of them: will you be the next lucky one?

The rooms shown on Booking are located in an old section of the hotel, surrounded by a neglected and dirty garden. In addition, the level of dirt in the rooms and the strong moldy smell are absolutely appalling.

The bed is an improvised iron-frame bed with two mattresses stacked on it, and the balcony is disgustingly dirty. After we had a serious argument with the owner—who is unbelievably rude and unpleasant—and threatened to report him to the Ministry of Tourism and the Consumer Protection Authority, he suddenly offered us a newly renovated and decent room in the main building of the hotel, for which he demanded an additional €120.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day: what seem to be powdered eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, and some very low-quality cold cuts. What’s more, although breakfast is officially served until 10:00 a.m., and in theory you could arrive at 9:50 a.m. and still eat, in reality they practically throw you out of the restaurant at 10:10 a.m.

The staff are just as unpleasant and rude as the owner, and we visited at the beginning of the season, when they supposedly should not have been exhausted or overwhelmed by guests.

The room itself was cleaned, but no one swept the stairs or the outdoor areas of the hotel during our five-day stay, making the entire property look very neglected and poorly maintained.

This is an extremely expensive place for what it offers and it is simply not worth the money. I do not recommend it at all.

Nice pool, bit not chairs enough. Room was outside the complex, looks like old villa that was later added to the hotel, poor structure. Really small room. Breakfast just the basics. Dinner too expensive for the food that they serve. Location is good if you have a car to go around Palau, Madalena, Olbia. Service was really good from every staff, specially bar.

The food specifically breakfast was horrible. So cheap and poor. Swimming pool area really nice. Rooms with garden views- worst ever. No window, probably 45 years old without upgrading. Beds are NOT comfortable!!! Spare blankets- like horses cover.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are in terrible condition, the service is awful, and they have a water dispenser but won't let guests use it unless they buy bottled water — completely ridiculous and greedy. The room was infested with ants, and half of the breakfast area was supposedly "reserved" for some imaginary guests while paying customers had nowhere to sit. The breakfast itself was terrible, and the fruit was old, rotten, and clearly not fit to be served.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is poorly managed, badly maintained, and has no respect for its guests. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this hotel at all costs
