One word: delicious.

What ever you choose from the menu will be amazing.
I was lucky to try La Bomba, a special in a form of a ball, made out of pizza dough and inside just the best combination of ham, burrata, enduja, and some little surprised ingredients… that you will need to experience for yourself.

Highly recommend 😋

Ah… a black pasta…yummmy

We've been to Ibiza 16 times now and decided to try somewhere new, after looking on maps and reading reviews, we settled on Casa Bella simply because of the feedback given and the rather hilarious responses given by the manager.

They do not take reservations, so if you're unwilling to take a chance of not getting a table, or having to wait, maybe try somewhere else.

We talked to the very kind and helpful manager outside and she advised us of a 20 minute wait, so we went to the nearby "village green" and relaxed in the evening sun while we waited. Plenty of space, free parking nearby and lots of local shops to look around while we wait.

We returned at the time she said and she seated us immediately, staff were super friendly and the service throughout was superb. Extensive menu of fresh homemade choices, with vegetarian and vegan available if that suits your needs.

Food arrived very quickly, was delicious, rustic and hearty pizza made in the traditional pizza oven.

The atmosphere is calm, happy and relaxed with zero pressure from the staff to finish up and move on. Prices were less than expected, especially given the high quality of the food and service.

For afters, you're offered a choice of a huge range of bakery and desserts kept on show inside the bakery, or you can choose some of the best ice cream you've ever had from the gelato house directly next door (same business).

Overall, one of the best dining experiences we've had over two decades of dining out in Ibiza.

Special mention to the manager, she's got a great personality 😊

Highly recommend!

We are often in Ibiza and go here whenever we get the chance. The pizza is delicious, noodles are wonderful (I had the carbonara- definitely recommend!!) Everything is homemade and fresh- you can taste the difference. Simply fantastic! We were there for breakfast this morning and each had the. Tostada with tuna, grated tomato, avocado, and delicious straciatella. We‘ve decided we‘re going there for dinner again tonight. That says everything!
Great food, great service, great ambiance- highly recommend this place!!

Casa Bella Ibiza is an absolute gem! We stopped by for breakfast and were blown away by the quality and freshness of everything we tried. The croissants were warm, flaky, and buttery – probably the best we’ve had on the island. The cookies? Just wow – soft, rich, and perfectly baked. We also had freshly squeezed orange juice that tasted like it had just come from the tree.

The service was excellent – welcoming, friendly, and fast without being rushed. You can tell they really care about their guests and the experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and charming, with a lovely outdoor seating area that’s perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to start your day, a quick snack, or just a great cup of coffee with something sweet on the side – Casa Bella delivers. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sant Carles or the surrounding area. This place is a little slice of breakfast heaven!

In the tranquil charm of San Carles, Casa Bella serves what might be the best pizza on the island. The dough is a standout, high hydration and masterfully fermented, giving it that airy, pillowy texture you’d expect from a top-tier contemporary Neapolitan. Toppings are balanced and fresh, letting the quality of the base shine. Simply put: it can’t get better. A must-visit for any pizza lover in Ibiza.
