In my opinion this is the best ice-cream house in town, where you can always find a wide selection of classic flavours and seasonal ones. After the renovation of the shop, the owners are now able to present not only their delicious, homemade ice cream and yogurt but also the complete range of their superb, cold sweets and cakes as you can see in the picture.

We visited this gelato shop based on recommendations from others. It was a bit late in the evening, but the shop was still open and there were still customers inside. There was one older gentleman and two younger employees a young woman and a young man.
My girlfriend was choosing her gelato flavors and tried her best to pronounce the names in Italian, even though translations were available. As a tourist, she was making an effort to speak the local language. Unfortunately, the young man behind the counter very obviously started making fun of her pronunciation. He exchanged looks with his female coworker, and they both laughed at her. It was extremely uncomfortable, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional.
Their behavior was completely unacceptable. Because of how they treated my girlfriend, I decided not to order any gelato at all I was simply too upset. My girlfriend had no choice but to pay for her gelato and leave, even though she also felt embarrassed and uncomfortable.
This was a very disappointing experience caused entirely by these two employees. I am giving one star only because of their behavior. The gelato itself is very good, which makes it even more disappointing that such great products are overshadowed by such poor customer service.

The best gelato shop in Livorno. Their chocolate selection is amazing and beautiful. Federico is super friendly and helpful, and made excellent recommendations. If you're there please don't miss the gelato filled chocolate truffles!!!

The ice cream is very good and flavourful, but the stuff is very rude. Young boy and girl who looked like siblings seemed over it and not that willing to work. It’s a shame and we do hope they work on their customer service.

Authentic Gelato!! GELATO : GOOD!! PLACE : GOOD!! SERVICE : FRIENDLY!! PRICE : Fair!

A Local Man, named Saverio whom I met in the bus showed me this place, its a very famous Gelato here.

I took 2 scoops in a cup, Pistachio and Hazelnut which is perfect. Next time, I think it is better take 1 sweet and 1 not sweet.

Enjoy the time when you are in “The Line”. Its nice atmosphere, warm sunbath, seeing people passing by, talking, kissing and some drama.

The staffs (I think its the owner), He worked fast. Also the other staff, she asked us in english and friendly person.

Will return here again and try the yoghurt
