Cantina Morino, fondata negli anni '30 nel quartiere di Sampierdarena a Genova, offre una vasta selezione di vini sfusi e imbottigliati, combinando tradizione e innovazione.

This is a hidden gem in Genova. Orlando runs a small cantina with different local wines in tanks and a selection of other Italian wines on sale.
We went to see the Cantina at noon and Orlando presented a selection of wines for tasting based on our input on wine preference. Orlando totally embraced our family and we ended up leaving with several boxes of wine. I wish we had shops like Orlando’s at home.
Orlando will claim that his English is “bad” but he is a lot better that he gives himself credit for. You will have zero problems talking to Orlando. Go visit him for a tasting or just for a look. He has music events (jazz, classical piano etc.) regularly. Wish we had visited on one of those days.

We had the most amazing time here. Orlando was the best host and his entire family will make you feel like part of the family.
We were treated to a very generous wine tasting with incredible food pairings. Then we even had a tour of the wine cellar where they distilled their own wine.
If you are a wine lover, this place is a must when you visit Genova!!

Small rustic place in the middle of the city. Some furnitureis super cool and was buold by Orlando hinself. The outside Area is a small Oasis in the middle of the city with many plants. It was a great experience. Great wine of which we bought 3 out of 4 Bottles and the tasting constistet of actuall glasses of wine and not just a sip. Orlando was a great hosts and looked after us. Made sure we were alsways comfortable and happy. He brought water and snacks with local olives salami (of which i couldnt get enough of) and more! We had great conversations with him and generaly a great time! Grazie mille Orlando!!!! King of Genova ;-)

We had the most amazing evening here at Cantina Morino!!! Run by a family they had a selection of local wines which were the nicest I ever had and we left the place lightheaded 😂 unfortunately we couldn't take any wine with us as we didnt have checked in baggage however we will definitely come back for more!! Thank you Orlando and Camilla for welcoming us! It was such a treat! Definitely email first to book in spaces for private tours and wine tasting. Delicious treats provided during kept us full and the rain outside made the evening even more magical. Loads of chats and laughs exchanged! Thank you so much for such experience, we are wishing you best of luck in your business and see you soon!! Greetings from rainy Ireland 🇮🇪

We went on a friday afternoon and had a really good experience. Orlando gave us several wines to try with a lot of bites that accompanied the wines. We also got a tour of the place to show how the wine is bottled. Orlando is really friendly and you can change the tasting to whatever you like. Also some good cuban salsa was playing 💃We would really recommend this place! We took a picture of the outside where we were sitting.
