Ristorante italiano situato a Palestrina, noto per la sua cucina tradizionale, hamburger e l'atmosfera accogliente.

Today my husband and I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. The setting was charming, right in the historic center of Palestrina. Excellent food and a good selection of wines. The welcome was warm.
A sweet conclusion with typical local biscuits and donuts, offered by the restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

A true gem. Beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. The owner is young but already has a wealth of experience and knows how to pamper his customers. Excellent dishes, from appetizers to desserts, from sophisticated first courses to delicious second courses. Prices are more than fair, considering the high-quality ingredients and masterful preparation and presentation. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Not a pleasant experience.
We started our dinner by ordering fried food, but it arrived cold at Intero. We let the staff know, but decided to finish what was left of our arancini anyway. We continued, waiting for a carbonara, a gricia, and a cacio e pepe.
When we tasted it, we decided the salt was the main flavor, so we naturally told the staff this as well, and we sat down, waiting for something else. After a few minutes, the chef arrived, I presume, stealthily approaching and inviting us to leave, informing us that a little further down the street there was a village festival where we could also eat.
And it was at this point that we decided to pay for what we had eaten and leave the restaurant.
We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who, I hope, understood our point, and decided to give us dinner free of charge. A plate of pasta is worth it, but rude people are not something you change.

A wonderful culinary experience tasting typical local dishes. The welcome and service were professional, kind, and courteous. Highly recommended.

We ate at this newly managed restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the first courses. I had pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola and guanciale, which were amazing. My companion had fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, also phenomenal. The tiramisu is highly recommended! Homemade.
We'll definitely be back, very soon.
