After ordering two craft beers, a portion of chips, and a small appetizer platter, the waitress was finishing her shift, so the new one had to take over the order. Warm glasses arrived for the beers, one of which was the wrong one. The platter was without cheese, but the unpleasant surprise was the bill. The platter was full price, and the beers were a whopping €7, while the menu listed them at €4. Of course, we pointed this out, but the excuse was given that the menu was the old price (odd, considering all the others were correct) and that the waitress, who had gone home, had forgotten to mention it. Unprofessional and not recommended.

I went to Brado at lunchtime to get some takeout. Aside from the endless wait and the distraction of the counter staff, I felt a bit ripped off because there was no transparency about the prices and I was served larger portions than I requested: I asked for 6/7 meatballs and got 9 (+30%); I asked for a taste of the parmigiana and got a €13 brick, which I had to eat several times because, among other things, it was very salty. The same goes for the veal with tuna sauce, which was deliberately made larger than requested, and then packaged without asking me if the quantity was adequate.
Unfortunately, the quality wasn't even excellent. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.

Small mishap:
Ask for the prices!!!
Everything was excellent,
excellent traditional cuisine, delicious wine.
Our mishap was due to the fact that the owner suggested and recommended the beef rib steak without warning us that it would cost exactly double that of a Chianina.
The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, but the bill was exorbitant:
There were 4 of us: 2 platters of cured meats with 6 pieces of fried gnocco, 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of Lambrusco wine, and beef rib steak for two with sides.
Total €164.00.
Just one thought: we live in Milan and have a Milanese accent... it's a shame, though, that my sister and I are half Albinetane, our mother is Albinetane, and our second language is Reggio Emilia... perhaps he thought we were just passing through... what a shame... really... we had also dined there the night before...

It's a retail deli, and the display window displays ready-made dishes. There are about 20 seats where you can enjoy the dishes displayed. The atmosphere is simple, well-kept, and clean. There's a very welcoming restroom.

I had a great time. Generous portions, delicious lasagna!! I'll definitely be back.
