New Year's Eve at Terramare, excellent hospitality, Massimiliano a truly gracious host... but he made us the real hosts by making everything available to us... We had a wonderful time... his kindness and that of Barbara will never be forgotten. She will be our other half whenever we feel down... it is undoubtedly a magical place for both couples and families. Thank you so much, see you soon.
Mmm

It was a very pleasant three days, with a panoramic view, a hillside location, and a cool atmosphere without the need for air conditioning even though it was July; 20 minutes from the best beaches. The breakfast was delicious, featuring local products. The owner, Massimiliano, made us feel at home and gave us excellent advice on places to visit and eat.

We spent New Year's Eve weekend with friends at this delightful B&B. It's a lovely and welcoming place, strategically located for exploring the Maremma and its coast. The owner, Massimiliano, is the best. Besides preparing fantastic breakfasts, he made us feel at home. A heartfelt thank you! We've made a new friend and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about, Massimiliano and his wife Barbara were impeccable. We had a problem upon arrival, and within a few hours they were able to resolve it perfectly. They recently opened this B&B, and every day we noticed that little extra detail that made all the difference. Two people who put their heart and soul into their work.

Excellent value for money, very close to the center, panoramic position, friendly and helpful host (he is also a cyclist) generous with information, good breakfast
