Such a great friendly place! great location close to everything - the train station, the bus up to Assisi, the basilica at Santa Maria degli Angeli, restaurants, laundromat etc. The room and bathroom outside were very clean and spacious, the place is run by a very warm and open young family, I stayed for 3 nights and wished I could stay more! Thank you and hope to see you again! 😀

Excellent location, close to the train station and the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Quiet area. Cristina is very kind and welcoming. Breakfast included homemade cakes and croissants. Excellent value.

A fantastic stay! Excellent and easily accessible location, close to the train station and the bus stop for trips up to the old town. Comfortable and lovely room. The owner was absolutely charming. 100% recommended
