An unforgettable experience from beginning to end 🥰
Some restaurants serve food. Others create memories. This place does both !!!
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was warm, elegant and relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and every dish that arrived at the table was a masterpiece. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the balance of flavors and the attention to detail were simply outstanding.
Each course felt carefully thought through and prepared by a chef who truly loves what he does. It is rare to find a restaurant where every single dish exceeds expectations, but this was one of those rare places.
What made the experience even more special was the service. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the young waiter who looked after us, but I remember our conversation about him fishing with his father. His professionalism, kindness, genuine smile and passion for hospitality elevated an already exceptional lunch into something truly memorable. He is a credit to this restaurant.

As if the experience had not already been perfect, the team discovered it was my birthday and surprised me with the most thoughtful gesture. It was completely unexpected and incredibly touching. Moments like these cannot be taught from a hospitality manual—they come from people who genuinely care about making guests feel special.

This restaurant is worth travelling for. In fact, I would gladly make the trip again just to dine here.
The chef is extraordinarily talented, the service is exceptional, and the entire team has created something truly special.

If Michelin inspectors are not already aware of this place, they should be.

Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. This was not simply a lunch; it was an experience that we will remember for a very long time. And sorry it took some time to write the review 🫣

Delicious food and wine! Slightly expensive.

We had it all! And it was worth it 👌
The vitello tonnato is wonderful. The pasta thin and tasty, tatar fresh and on a well-thought sauce, the lamb ideally cooked and soft - it almost melts on your mouth, and the rabbit … wow.

Will definitely come back

We had a wonderful dinner here last night. We sat outside in the center of Barolo. Local style foods, family owned and operated. Outstanding wine list, and outstanding food. Be sure to make a reservation as it was full. Seems they have one seating per evening as we saw a couple turned away after 9:30. Super friendly staff. One of my favorite restaurants for an evening of Piemontese cuisine. Oh, the bread was maybe the best I've ever had!

Nice Piedmont cuisine with a nice wine selection
A bit on the pricey side for lunch but no complaints on the quality of the food. Service was friendly and helpful

Just wow

Really blow mind kitchen
Strongly recommend

PS. Saverio who was serving us is a true professional… compliments
