Best meal of our Italy trip! Everyone was so kind to us. The woman who helped us was the best! She was very helpful with everything and making sure we were comfortable and she helped with the menu. The food was absolutely delicious I will be dreaming of it l. The star was the bistecca, It was perfect! If we are ever back in Italy we will be back here. I highly recommend this place and make that reservation.

The BEST meal we had our entire time in Italy!!!!!! We are so glad we decided to eat lunch here while out visiting wineries in the area. We visited on a weekday— it wasn’t crowded and mostly locals were dining. The staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. They have daily specials for food and wine and we got great recommendations from our server. I didn’t take the best photos but I highly recommend stopping here. We wished we had time to go back for dinner, but I guess we will just have to plan another trip!

If you want to try true authentic Italian food, and beat beef on wood fire this is the place to come to. Even their deserts is superior to others.

An excellent restaurant in a wonderful setting with incredibly friendly service. We don’t understand the negative reviews. This trattoria is a hidden gem frequented by many Italians (which is a very good sign, as Italians certainly wouldn’t go to a bad restaurant).
Really good Tuscan cuisine with homemade pasta dishes and fantastic meat dishes. This is Tuscany.

If you can get a table, take it! We wanted to leave the crowds and tourists of Florence and experience real Tuscany. Loved that the menu was all in Italian. Loved that we were the only non-Italians in the restaurant. Every course we had was exceptional. Beyond delicious! The owner and his wife Cristina were lovely. They are wonderful hosts who make you feel like a friend immediately. Will definitely be back. Tuscany at its finest ❤️🫶🏻
