It was truly the worst. Even though there were several seats available, a staff (young lady) told me(who was sitting alone at a small two-person table) to sit next to the trash disposal area in the far corner with a forceful look on her face. This was despite the fact that I had deliberately chosen to sit at a small table cause i was a solo traveler.I couldn't help but feel it was racism.

We had an early afternoon snack which was very good quality. The location is cosy, on a little square, with large sun umbrella protecting from the sun. Service was OK. Prices rather on the high side for a snack and soft drinks.

Very very rude staff. Took ages for them to help us and literally threw food and the menu on the table.
They recommended the fish mix spaghetti, so we ordered it. Worst idea yet. The spaghetti was literred with shells, some whole but a lot broken. This meant our food was full of sharp pieces. Upon asking the waiter if this was normal he rugged his shoulder and walked off.
By far our worst experience in Italy/Elba.

Food traditonal and delicious, but bar staff rude uninteligente, never back, we do not offer it😡

Great coffee and fresh pastries. Had a WC and nice patio. No indoor seating
