We chose Aqva Mulinvm to celebrate our little Ludovica's baptism, and we couldn't have made a better choice: everything was simply impeccable.

A special thanks to Chef Gargiulo, who delighted us with top-quality dishes, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail, and captivating all our guests. Each dish was a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and freshness.

A round of applause also goes to the Maître d' for his professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to coordinate the service with elegance and precision. The staff was always present, discreet, and punctual.

Finally, a sincere thank you to the owners, whose passion and dedication make this place truly special, capable of transforming an important event into an unforgettable memory.

We recommend Aqva Mulinvm to anyone seeking a refined, perfectly organized experience worthy of the most important occasions.

On Sunday, June 7th, my wife and I were invited to lunch at the Aqua Molinum restaurant by two dear friends from Cittanova.
They had told me in advance that the restaurant was beautiful and that the cuisine would be top-notch, so my expectations were quite high. I must say they were fully met.
As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Francesco Catanese, who told us the story of the restaurant, born from the impeccable restoration and renovation of an old watermill. The result is truly remarkable: an elegant, refined, and charming atmosphere.
The cuisine, entrusted to an excellent chef from Campania, also proved worthy of the location. From the appetizers to the two first courses, from the main course to the fruit accompanied by gelato, each course stood out for its flavor, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention to presentation.
Sincere compliments to the entire staff. The quality is decidedly high, and our expectations were not disappointed; on the contrary, they were fully confirmed by a delightful gastronomic experience.

A very unique location, a blend of past, present, and future. Well-organized service and quality cuisine, with a focus on the finest ingredients and beautifully presented in the spacious and welcoming dining room.

We couldn't have made a better choice to celebrate such an important event.
From the first meeting to finalize the menu, the staff was helpful, professional, and above all friendly.
Beautiful location, excellent food, and attention to detail.
