Great value for money. Cute little apartment very close to the Lake and restaurants.

Amazing place to stay
Had a very wonderful stay and will probably come back for more nights

I do not recommend this property, especially to patients staying in the Papardo area for health reasons.

The room had a serious mold problem: a strong odor, yellow stains on the walls, and visible mold behind the furniture and on the furnishings. The room was so full of mold that it caused an immediate cough.

Even more disappointing was the host's reaction, who dismissed every report, accusing me of lying instead of investigating the problem. I even received threats of legal action for reporting my findings.

In reality, this is not a real host who lives on site or truly knows the property. It is managed by a Milan-based business (a manager named Vito Pisano) that arranges short-term rentals and, from what emerged in communications, does not appear to have ever personally inspected the property. Despite this, every report regarding the condition of the room was dismissed out of hand, and I was accused of lying, without even verifying the reported problems.

After just an hour, I was forced to leave the property and search for another accommodation at the last minute, wasting hours and having to travel about 20 km away, impacting my plans for the next day in the Papardo area.

The refund was also handled unprofessionally, attempting to process it through an external app rather than through Booking.com or the payment method used to book. Whether this was due to incompetence or an attempt to delay the refund, I can't say for sure. However, I can say that I did not receive my money, and the entire experience was unnecessarily complicated, unprofessional, and a source of considerable stress.

While this property was previously good, my experience today was very different. The presence of mold and the handling of complaints are, in my opinion, sufficient grounds to seek alternatives and take legal action.

Esperienza assolutamente fantastica, torneremo sicuramente!

Very clean, tidy apartment equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi, two TVs, and Borbone coffee pods included.
The only downside is that it's a bit noisy in the morning because it's right on the street.
Definitely excellent value for money.
