Oh, I love everything about this place. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the long fermentation process. Everything feels authentic, handmade, and thoughtfully prepared.

Gabriele really knows what he’s doing!

Special thanks to Sabina for her kindness and friendly attitude, which make the place feel even warmer and more enjoyable.

The best bakery in Pavia with only sourdough bread. Really fresh, amazing quality not on just bread but also croissants etc. Very kind and welcoming people. I learnt this place this week and I already went there 3 times. 100% reccomend.

Amazing bread and everyone who works here is very nice! Also the shop is setup very nicely

Spectacular bread, very good focaccia and pain au chocolat! And the guy who served me was very kind.
