The waiters seem to be over worked and my food had hair in it,the next day I was sick in the stomach..Be very vigilant about the food because the hygiene of this restaurant is not very good and the place is extremely crowded and busy..

Worst service in Novara. Ordered a drink and an aperitivo, they forgot about us and didn’t bring it. When we told them they were rude, brought the drinks, no ape. We asked for the ape again. They brought it. After they FORCED US TO PAY FOR DRINKS THEY DIDNT BRING. WORST BAR AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Such a cute and lively spot for aperitivo! We went yesterday and loved the vibe—great menu, busy in the best way, lovely decor, friendly staff, and even a cute bathroom (always a win). My husband grew up in the area, and since we return at least once a year, we were really excited to come here. We started outside in the heated area and moved inside to warm up a bit.

My one piece of feedback—and it’s an important one for those who are sensitive—is the very strong scent inside. Whether from perfume or something else, it was quite intense. My husband is allergic to a specific popular fragrance and unfortunately had to leave after one drink when his throat began to react. Even without an allergy, I found it overpowering.

I’d gently suggest considering a more neutral, scent-free approach—many places are moving in that direction to be more inclusive. We truly loved everything else and would absolutely come back… as long as we can sit outside.

The worker brought the menu and said we could order pizza and then they realised that we were foreigners and told us we couldn't eat. Apparantely because it was 4 o'clock we couldn't eat. Shameful. Don't go anywhere near this place!

Very mean workers noticed that we were foreign and basically kicked us out saying that they couldn't serve any pizza because it was 4 o'clock. Disgraceful.
