There is a lot of potential, as the people are nice, the pool is truly amazing, and the food is decent. However, the road up to the establishment is genuinely horrendous and the WiFi is non existent inside the rooms. Moreover, the food is good but very much overpriced, and there’s not a patch of green on site.

Very friendly staff and owner. Magnificent views. Peace. Good wine. We stayed two nights, had dinner and everything was perfect

We stayed at Casale 700 and, to be honest, we started out expecting to leave a rather negative review, convinced we'd never return. In the end, however, we changed our minds.

Let's start with the most important things: the entire staff was truly kind, polite, and helpful. We'd especially like to mention the waiter at dinner, the breakfast lady, and especially the fantastic Andrea.

Andrea is the bartender, but when needed, he takes care of everything. He welcomed us at the pool area with great warmth and friendliness, and whenever we had a problem or complaint, he always tried to find a solution and accommodate us. He's one of those people who truly make a difference in a property: you can see his commitment, passion, and attention to the customer. Congratulations to Andrea, we sincerely hope to see him again if we return, because we believe the Casale really needs someone like him.

The farmhouse is truly beautiful, nestled in a delightful setting, and the pool is also very nice and well-integrated into the property.

Regarding the management, at times we felt there was room for improvement. We encountered some situations that left us rather perplexed, so much so that we initially considered not wanting to return. However, once we spoke with the owner, even after a small argument, we appreciated the fact that he tried to accommodate us and do everything possible to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We certainly appreciated this.

One aspect that we feel could be improved is breakfast: we believe there is considerable room for improvement, especially considering the quality and beauty of the property.

As for dinner, we greatly appreciated the chef's entrées, which were different every night—a small touch that we found truly pleasant. Perhaps it would be even more appreciated to occasionally find a different option on the menu, so as to have a little more variety throughout our stay. As for the quality of the food, however, there's nothing to complain about: we ate well, and in particular, they make a truly delicious pesto!

Ultimately, it was an experience that changed our minds along the way. We arrived with fairly low expectations and left with a completely different feeling.

The place is wonderful, and above all, the kindness and helpfulness of some of the staff has remained in our hearts. If we were to return to Calabria, we would gladly return to Casale 700, especially because it would be a pleasure to meet people like Andrea again, who truly added value to our stay.

A big thank you and a special compliment to Andrea: we really hope to see you again! ❤️

A surprise for my birthday, organized by my girlfriend.
Fabulous place, extremely helpful and friendly staff, from the pool to the restaurant, plus the owner was very knowledgeable and welcoming from the moment we checked in.
Pool with fountains and a whirlpool that can be activated individually.
Bar service very close by, and above all, the staff were unobtrusive.
Truly excellent restaurant, with very attentive service.
We started with the beef tartare, then the spectacular truffle risotto.
The pistachio cheesecake to finish was delicious, obviously with a candle 😅
What can I say? A truly relaxing day away from the daily grind, in an oasis of peace.
A beautiful gift!
We hope to return soon.
Highly recommended!

We spent a truly enjoyable day at Casale 700. The location is splendid, well-maintained, and perfect for those seeking relaxation, while the hospitality and bar service were worthy of a superior experience.
Sincere thanks to all the staff, always kind, helpful, and attentive: their work truly deserves praise.
If I may add a small suggestion, to best preserve the beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that characterizes the place, it might be helpful to carefully consider whether children are allowed in.
Overall, a place I wholeheartedly recommend and that offers a truly special experience.

Thank you to all the staff!!!
