Chef per ristorante fusion in centro

Ristorante fusion nippo-messicano in centro a Bologna, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Chef da inserire all'interno del proprio team. Il locale è aperto al pubblico tutti i giorni a pranzo e cena. La persona ideale ha almeno 4 anni di esperienza in cucina. Si occuperà di preparare alcuni piatti messicani (tacos, quesadillas,...) e sushi. È offerto un contratto a tempo determinato come periodo conoscitivo con finalità di assunzione a lungo termine. Impegno full time (40 ore settimanali): 4 giorni doppio turno (pranzo dalle 12 alle 15, cena dalle 19 a mezzanotte), 2 giorni o pranzo o cena, un giorno di riposo. Viene offerta la possibilità di arrivare un po' prima a lavoro per pranzare/cenare nel locale. Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza e partirà dai 1500€.
