Sous chef per ristorante e osteria
Stiamo cercando 1 Sous chef per un ristorante situato a Figline Valdarno.
Chi cerchiamo?
- Una persona che ha almeno 3 anni d'esperienza nel ruolo
- Un candidato che mostra una solida comprensione delle operazioni di una cucina professionale
- Amore per la pasta fresca e capacità nel dedicarsi a tale preparazione
Le persone selezionate nello specifico si occuperanno di:
- supporto allo chef
- gestire le comande della cucina e monitorare l'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura da cucina,
- impiattare le pietanze
- preparazioni per il servizio
- preparazione della pasta fresca
Contract
Il contratto offerto è a tempo determinato (6 mesi) con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
L'impegno è a tempo pieno, organizzato in turni variabili per 5 giorni su 7.
Turni:
- 14:00 - 22:00 turno unico, 2/7
- 10:00 - 15:00/19:00 - 22:00 pranzo e cena 3/7
Lo stipendio previsto è compreso fra i 1800/2000€ mensili netti per 14 mensilità e sarà in ogni caso commisurato alle esperienze e alle competenze della persona.
