"LùBar", caffetteria ristorante in zona Porta Venezia a Milano, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Chef de Rang.
La figura ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti di medio/alto livello, conosce i vini e l'inglese.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Spiegazione menù e vini -Presa comande -Servizio al tavolo -Cura del cliente -Verifica ordine e pulizia della sala -Gestione cassa -Ge...
Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Impegno full time con i seguenti turni:
-
tre giorni dalle 18 all'1 di notte;
-
due giorni sia a pranzo (12-15) che a cena (19-00);
-
due giorni di riposo.
La RAL sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 27-30 mila euro + bonus legati alle vendite + welfare aziendale + buoni pasto.
