Cuoco Senior per ristorante formale

Ristorante formale a Brescia, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Cuoco capo Partita da inserire all'interno del proprio team. Il locale, già avviato sul territorio e orientato al conseguimento di riconoscimenti nazionali, è aperto al pubblico a pranzo dal lunedì al venerdì. La persona ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza come cuoco in cucine di ristoranti di livello ed è in grado di gestire eventi e banchetti. Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: - Preparazione del bancone e della linea assegnata - Impiattamento - Autonomia gestione postazione - Preparazione pranzi ed eventistica E' necessario essere automuniti. È offerto un contratto a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato full time. Sono richiesti turni diurni dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 7:30 alle 16:00 con disponibilità per eventuali eventistiche e banchetti (eventualmente anche nel fine settimana o serale se necessario). Lo stipendio netto mensile si aggira intorno ai 1600-2200€. L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.
