I attach the picture on the menu compared to what I was served. The last 2 times I ordered from here the quality fell dramatically...I don't know if there is new ownership or cost cutting or what, but they lost my custom.

We ordered a sandwich and a wrap to take out this evening.
I had the Austin and my partner the Bandito wrap. Well, what can I say? The quality and quantity are excellent. I have nothing but praise for your work and the service you provide.

Tried it twice recently. The place is very pleasant and bright. On the first occasion, late on a Saturday morning, we ordered two tramezzini and two proseccos. The first courses were very good, fresh and rich, and the prosecco was very good. Needless to say, it was a generous glass of the excellent Col Vettoraz, not the rubbish I've been served elsewhere, for example in Bassano. The price of €13 was absolutely fair. On the second occasion, a Saturday evening, we ordered, in addition to water and a glass of prosecco, a bruschetta, some potatoes, and fish and cheese. The fries were excellent and plentiful, the bruschetta was very good, and the fish was decent. The breading and crispiness could be improved, but still not bad. The woman and the owner were very kind, but the service was a bit slow. I understand it's a Saturday night, but there's certainly room for improvement. The price was fair at €30.20. Overall, in my opinion, it's a pleasant place with a thoughtful, high-quality menu, accompanied by a very friendly staff. The service could be improved. I liked it, I recommend it, and I'll definitely be back soon.

I don't usually write reviews, but when it's embarrassing, it should be reported. If you can't handle the home delivery service, it SHOULD BE REMOVED because, after an hour's delay, the first time the sandwiches were burnt and cold, the fries inedible. A second chance was given, and the same outcome. (With the owner's apologies for the evening without a driver, without employees, and blah blah...) But the third time after months?! Enough.

Disorganized and awful.

I'm sorry, but I strongly recommend serving food at the restaurant and stopping Just Eat because you're not capable.

Time and money must be respected, especially if they're from people who understand and restore trust.
